I was not a real fan of his lazy defense and poor jump shooting and he sure folded the tent against the Suns last year in the playoffs however:
He has looked good on defense the past few games and is draining the 3 ptr.
I should have given Jackson more credit for sticking with this guy.

Thu, January 18, 2007 - 6:49 AMTony Parker was eating up Smush for the first (3) quarters and it also seemed to affect him on offense. He does seem to struggle big time against Nash and Parker.
However he did make some nice plays in the 4th quarter to help contribute.
That said Kobe was awesome again and that was a huge win to start the road trip. -

Thu, January 18, 2007 - 8:42 AMI think he will get better against those two...Parker and Nash are two of if not the top two guards in the west. Kobe wasn't always the best when he began started against more experienced...and Hakeem ate Shaq up early in his career because Shaq admits he gave him too much respect....maybe that's what it is with Smush...he needs to get over that hump. I love Jordan Farmar!!! I am a big UCLA fan as well so him playing so well and playing for both the Bruins and Lakers is all good with me... -
